If the tip of your nose naturally points downwards, you may have what is called a droopy nose, known medically as nasal tip ptosis. The drooping of the nose may look more apparent when you smile. A drooping nose may be present from birth, as a result of an elongated septum, cartilages, or nasal bridge, though it can be gained as a side effect of a previous surgical rhinoplasty procedure weakening support to the tip. A drooping nose may also be age related, as a decrease in collagen and bone weakens the connective tissues and the skin begins to thin.

Will dermal fillers hurt my nose?
No, if you do feel any mild discomfort, this should subside overnight. Before treatment, we can also apply some numbing cream if you feel you’ll need it.
